These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the rental of our equipment. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Equipment Use and Safety

• Proper Operation: All rented equipment, including bounce houses, photo booths, and concession machines, must be used according to the provided instructions and intended purposes.
• Supervision: An adult must supervise the use of all interactive equipment at all times.
• Condition of Equipment: Renters must inspect the equipment upon delivery. You are responsible for returning the items in the same condition they were received, excluding normal wear and tear.

Damage and Financial Responsibility

• Damage Fees: The renter accepts full financial responsibility for any damages caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety guidelines.
• Cleaning: Equipment returned excessively dirty may be subject to additional cleaning fees.

Reservations and Card on File

To reserve your event date, Luxe Drop Events LLC securely collects and stores your payment card on file via our payment processor. No charge is made at the time of booking. The rental fee and refundable damage deposit are processed on the day of your event using the card on file.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 14 days before the event. Cancellations within 7–14 days incur a 50% penalty. Last-minute cancellations (under 7 days) will result in the full rental amount being charged to the card on file.

Liability Release and Indemnification

• Assumption of Risk: The renter acknowledges that the use of event rental equipment involves inherent risks of injury or property damage.
• Waiver: The renter agrees to release, waive, and forever discharge Luxe Drop Events LLC from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury or property damage arising from the use of the rented equipment.
• Indemnification: The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Luxe Drop Events LLC from any claims or legal fees resulting from the renter's use of the equipment.
